Our Story

Our story goes right back to the mid 1980’s, that’s when we first started selling our fossils, crystals & jewellery in the winter months at craft fairs and shopping centres. As the spring arrived and bought warmer weather we ventured further afield, to folk festivals, agricultural shows & flower shows throughout the country. In those days we made virtually all the jewellery ourselves in our own little workshop in Southern Dorset. As for the fossils, well wrapped up in the aftermath of winter gales we collected them from local beaches in the stormy weather where they had just been exposed for the first time in many millions of years.

Corfe Castle

In the early 1990’s we opened a fossil shop in Corfe Castle in the Isle Of Purbeck, Dorset. This allowed us to vastly increase our range of fossils, crystals and jewellery, and over the years this enabled us to meet and personally get to know fossil and mineral collectors from quite literally all over the world. It enabled us to pick out exquisite and rare specimens that had been prepared for display with what can only be called love and devotion, the very best of the best!

In 2006 we sold our shop in Corfe Castle, and since then our journey has continued to selling our fossils and crystals, at retail centres and occasional fossil fairs. Our passion for all things stone hasn’t abated, in fact I’d say we are more enthusiastic than ever.
