This gorgeous Kunzite Crystal Pendant is set into sterling silver. The delicate, pale pink, pastel hues of this unusual crystal are stunning, it is known as the ‘Stone of Emotion’
Kunzite is a transparent/translucent variety of spodumene which is found in various shades of pink & violet. There is a green variety of this spodumene which is known as hiddenite and also a yellow variety known as triphane. The majority of the stones come from Brazil, the USA, Madagascar & Afghanistan. The famous gemologist GeorgeFrederick Kunz originally identified Kunzite and it was then named after him.
Metaphysically this is a crystal with calming energy and emotional healing properties. It is a crystal with the ability to help release stress, negative emotions and anxiety. Kunzite is a crystal that is primarily associated with the heart chakra, it is therefore used for reconecting the heart with the mind.
