Together with their stunning natural colours, rich shades of caramel brown, or the vivid colours of the fire ammonites. These fire ammonites with their remarkable iridescent colours are 120 million years old. They are found in a remote region on the North East coast of Madagascar. Its’ not difficult when drawing comparisons to conclude that they compare favourably with any of the worlds gemstones.
