Miriam Jasper Pendant set in 925 Sterling Silver 2.7cm diameter

This Miriam Jasper Pendant is a stunning example of this unusual mineral from India. It is hand-made in Sterling Silver with a 925 hallmark on the back. The colours are gorgeous, with shades of gold and a reddish brown.

Miriam Jasper has incredible, random patterns in orange and brown colours. These are are in fact the fossilised remains of organic material. It was formed over forty million years ago, when plate movements caused the landmasses of India and Eurasia to collide. This led to the formation of the Himalayan mountain range, and Miriam Jasper! Confusingly this stone is known by several names, for example, ‘Elephant Jasper’ and ‘Caligraphy Stone’. In India, from where the stone originates, they call it Maryam Sange.

Metaphysically, this powerful stone removes negativity, and replaces it with fulfilment and happiness. It is a stone that can help bring confidence and courage when dealing with difficult decisions.

We supply this Miriam Jasper Pendant in an attractive gift box. The pendant in the photograph is the one we supply to you. Also don’t forget to look at our separate list of Sterling Silver Chains, available in various lengths, and weights.
